DIConsultants Fee Options DIConsultants is sensitive to client’s budget and timing constraints. Whether the project goal is accelerated performance, or other time constraints, DIConsultants will deliver professional results in conformance with client’s requirements. Per Hour Fee - The distinguishing characteristic between the first two plans is based upon project responsibility (Client – DIConsultants – Project Based Fee Plan). The third is a long-term, with reduced rate for either Time Fee Scope or Project Based Time Fee consultations. PER HOUR FEE PLAN Base per hour rate (minimum 4 hrs.) DIConsultants Per Hour Fee Plan is distinguished as a DIConsultants principal available to the client as an advisor on and fee per hour basis. NOTE: Preliminary, project assessment – is no charge. In most cases, preliminary analysis will yield a projection of the estimated number of hours required. DIConsultants can respond for a Preliminary Analysis meeting, in most cases, within 3 business days DIConsultants clients may be better served a Project Based, Fee consultancy, qualifying for a lower hourly rate if the project 4 hour minimum is meet or exceeded. PROJECT BASED FEE PLAN Reduced Per Hour Rate with a estimated minimum cost DIConsultants Project Based Fee Plan is distinguished as a line-consulting project. DIConsultants is an active member of the project team following project definition by the client and a consulting service agreement signed. Assistance with project definition normally can be achieved in on Preliminary Analysis and one Planning Meeting which are no hourly charge to the client. All single fee projects are limited to the single fee for the specified project elements attached to the service contract. Client directed and approved additions to a project are at a reduced rate per hours. DIConsultants can respond to a Preliminary Meeting/Analysis meeting, in most cases within 3 business days, after the Preliminary Analysis. A better option for the client may be Project Based Fee. MONTHLY RETAINER FEE PROGRAM Client receives significantly reduced hourly rate based on a monthly guarantee of minimum hours utilization. DIConsultants Monthly Retainer Fee Program - The primary goal of this plan is to be competitive at “outsource” cost effective rates as measured against the cost related to internal hiring. The minimum hours per month and hourly rate will be negotiated. NOTE: The Monthly Retainer Program lends itself well for those companies who would like to have on a per hour basis the estimating, project management, trade organization negotiation, claim preparation consulting services as needed vs. the annual cost to maintain a Senior Estimator or Project Manager on staff full time. The DIConsultants Monthly Retainer Program will most often apply after a mutual confidence has been established following a Fee Per Hour Plan or single Project Based Fee experience. Terms and Conditions Fee Per Hour Scope and PROJECT BASED FEE REMITTANCES are 50% due at signing of a Contract for Services agreement, and 50% Net 10 Days upon completion. Monthly Retainers Fee Program due first month, in advance – Net 10 Days. Hourly rate extensions are invoiced for the month incurred and are due upon presentation separately from any regularly scheduled monthly retainer remittances. DIConsultants pricing includes normal business cost expense incurred for phone, US Mail, clerical support, copies.
